The Flooring Advisor greets and serves new and existing clients, has exceptional product knowledge, and has a passion for design. The ability to meet sales targets and having exceptional client service is a major function of this position.

The Warehouse Associate unloads and loads flooring regularly by using the appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, carpet cutting machine, etc.) and must have the physical ability for repetitive heavy lifting. Cleaning and organizing the warehouse is also a main function of this role.

The Store Manager performs and directs the overall operations of the store. Recruits staff and oversees the training. Responsible for the inventory management and ensuring the sales staff are meeting their sales targets. Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and a lead by example attitude are critical elements for this role.

The Office Administrator will work closely with the Store Manager, Owner, and Corporate Office in ensuring the seamless processing of the administrator duties that supports the businesses in running smoothly. Processing AP invoices, submitting payroll, and receiving inventory into the computer system are some of these duties. Strong organization, communication, and computer skills are essential for this role.
